PRICES AND PAYMENT
Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.

CANCELLATION
Your right of cancel the purchace (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.
If the agreement applies to a specially crafted item – or an item that has a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period starts on the day we provided information.
If the agreement applies to a service, the right of withdrawal is valid up to one week before the service is to be used.
You have no right to cancel if:
The service started during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price is dependent on the fluctuations of the financial market, for example a stock, the product due to its nature can not be returned, the seal is broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs. Sealing also means technical sealing.
Once you have exercised your right of cancellation:
You are obliged to keep the item in good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.
PAYMENT AND AGREEMENTS
An agreement between the customer and the company is considered to have been entered when the customer has paid to the company. Before full payment has been made, the company has no obligations to the customer unless otherwise is separately agreed.
Payment with Payson. Payment is easy and secure with Payson. You do not have to have an account with Payson before in order to pay. Payment with SWISH. Payment with SWISH is received manually and we will return with confirmation as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours.
Payment against invoice. If you want to pay for an invoice, contact us and we will arrange it for you.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES / ACTIVITIES
You can cancel your service / activity free of charge up to one week before the service / activity takes place. Within one week of the activity you may cancel with full refund if you have reasonable reasons.
If it is a weather dependent service we will contact you 1-3 days before with a forecast and exact times and places. Should we then jointly agree that we carry out the activity, we will make the best of it and then the agreement holds. If conditions are not favorable, either party can cancel the agreement and all money will be paid back if we cannot offer the activity another day within a reasonable period of time, usually the time you are in the immediate area the same season.
WARRANTIES AND SERVICES
We always guarantee a satisfied customer, should you not be satisfied with the product or service we provide then we will refund the full amount. The exception is if we have an agreement to perform a service even if the weather is not optimal and we need to cancel or find another activity.
PRIVACY POLICY
When you place your order with us, you state your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. You have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you according to the Personal Data Act. DELIVERIES
The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If a product has different delivery time, it is stated at the respective product.
Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all parcels that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently 150 SEK.
RETURNS
Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by postage. In the event of a change we will pay the new freight from us to you.

Refund Obligation:

You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost of returning so-called replacement goods.
